Zinc costs on Friday fell by 1.37 per cent to Rs 223.60 per kg in futures commerce as speculators decreased their publicity taking damaging cues from spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for January supply traded decrease by Rs 3.10, or 1.37 per cent, to Rs 223.60 per kg in 2,341 tons.
Analysts mentioned offloading of positions by members owing to slackened demand from consuming industries within the bodily market primarily weighed on zinc costs right here.
