Silver costs rose by Rs 92 to Rs 68,197 per kg in futures commerce on Friday as members widened their bets on agency spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for March supply gained Rs 92, or 0.14 per cent, to Rs 68,197 per kg in 14,044 tons.
Analysts stated the rise in silver costs was principally as a result of contemporary positions constructed up by members on a optimistic home development.
However, globally, silver was buying and selling 0.61 per cent decrease at USD 26.41 per ounce in New York.
