And Shanina recalls how she moved to New York and her career really kicked off.
She added: “I obtained right into a modelling present. I did this present as a result of the prize was to get a contract with a New York modelling company. I got here runner up. Luckily I obtained a contract straight after the present. The agent noticed an image of me and gave me a contract, and I flew over after I was 17. From the day I stepped foot in New York, I used to be very fortunate, jobs have been simply flooding in for me and I simply knew I used to be in the appropriate place.”
