Mumbai: Among the key bulk offers on Friday, Goldman Sachs bought most of its stake in Magma Fincorp, a Kolkata-based non-banking monetary firm (NBFC), whereas inventory dealer Amal N Parikh lapped up shares of dairy firm Parag Milk Foods.

The frontline indices have been exuberant as they rose for the seventh straight session, with Sensex rising 327 factors to 40,509, whereas peer Nifty climbed 80 factors to 11,914.

>> Goldman Sachs India bought 53,95,905 shares of Magma Fincorp at Rs 33.08 per share. At the top of June quarter, it held 2.11 per cent stake within the firm.

>> Mumbai-based inventory dealer Amal N Parikh purchased 14,00,000 shares of Parag Milk Foods at Rs 118.52 per share.

>> FID FDS Mauritius Ltd F/IDE bought 4,83,971 shares of Ahluwalia Contracts (India) at Rs 233 per share.

>> Sonali Suman purchased 83,530 shares of Bal Pharma at Rs 64.83 per share.

>> Unifi Wealth Management purchased 2,13,166 shares of Majesco at Rs 871.35 per share.
